Cabbage Casserole

Super easy, super healthy, just plain super!  And no, I don't normally like cabbage.  In fact, I hate coleslaw.   Spaghetti sauce and cheese make anything taste good!

Cabbage Casserole

1/2 head cabbage (purple or green would be fine)
1 pound Italian sausage
16 oz spaghetti sauce
mozzarella cheese

1) Brown sausage in skillet.  Drain.
2) Coarsely chop cabbage.
3) In 2 quart casserole dish, layer 1/3 cabbage and 1/2 of meat.  Drizzle with spaghetti sauce.  Repeat layers.  Add last 1/3 of cabbage on top.  Drizzle with spaghetti sauce. 
4) Cover and bake 1 hour.
5) Uncover, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, replace in oven for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
